Workshop Proposals

Workshop prososals are submitted via email to:

Full Papers

Abstracts and full papers are submitted using the Precision Conference System (PCS).

The review process will be double-blind, so please make sure that your submission does not reveal the authors' identities or affiliations. For full papers, the submission of an abstract by the Abstract deadline is mandatory.
Completed papers are due by the full paper deadline.

Camera-Ready Full Papers

We ask authors of accepted papers to submit their final papers by the camera ready deadline through the PCS. To do so, please go to "submissions in progress". There, you can upload your final submission. Additionally, you may update your supplementary material. Make sure that you provide all required information in PCS. Additionally, for each paper the authors need to fill in and sign the copyright form and send it to Eurographics publishing. This can be done by faxing it to the number on the form or by sending a scan as PDF to publishing-support@eg.org. For your camera-ready manuscript submission, please carefully verify that your paper is provided in the correct format. Specifically, please closely check that your paper adheres to all of the following points:


STAR Reports

STAR Reports are submitted using the Precision Conference System.
Please see the STAR Report CFP for more guidelines on preparing your STAR submission. The review process will be open, meaning transparency and disclosure of identities of authors and of those reviewing the submitted proposal.
Completed STAR submissions have a special deadline. The reports are submitted through Precision Conference System (PCS) system.

Camera-Ready STAR Papers

We ask authors of accepted STARs to submit their camera-ready STARs no later than the camera ready deadline through Precision Conference.

To do so, please go to "submissions in progress". There, you can upload your final submission. Additionally, you may update your supplementary material. Make sure that you provide all required information in PCS. Additionally, for each STAR the authors need to fill in and sign the copyright form and send it to Eurographics publishing. This can be done by faxing it to the number on the form or by sending a scan as PDF to publishing-support@eg.org.

Short Papers

Short papers are submitted using the Precision Conference System.
Please see the Short Paper CFP for a description of short papers.

Please carefully read through the authors' guidelines and make yourself familiar with the paper types. Authors are also asked to follow the formatting instructions. The review process will be double-blind, so please make sure that your submission does not reveal the authors' identities or affiliations. Completed abstracts and short papers are due by their corresponding deadlines.

Posters

Posters are submitted through the SRM system. Therefore, please log on to https://srmv2.eg.org and click on "EuroVisPosters".

We accept abstract submissions using the Short same latex style as the short papers (LaTeX2e Style) with a maximum of 2 pages for text and figures and at most one additional page that contains references only.

A poster draft can be added as additional material but is not mandatory for the submission. The final posters should be printed on paper no larger than paper size A0 (or A1) portrait (84.1cm x 118.9cm = 33.1in x 46.8in, cf. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paper_size )
